What an amazing array of local treats we enjoyed! Given the absurdly small amount of time I devote to preparing meals, I was in a heavenly state for the entire evening sampling the scrumptuous and beautifully prepared veggie soups, berry desserts, sauces and quiche-like delights. And of course, Kye’s best-I’ve-ever-tasted-plums…among the evening’s many sweet highlights. Thank you to all who prepared the dishes that still sustain me, even as September rolls in.
